Ingredients:
- 2 cups full-fat milk powder
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A handful of chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews) for garnish
Instructions:
Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and add the ghee. Allow it to melt.
Add the condensed milk to the pan and stir it well to combine with the ghee.
Gradually add the milk powder to the pan while continuously stirring. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.
Keep stirring the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. This will take about 8-10 minutes.
Once the mixture thickens, add the cardamom powder and mix well. Turn off the heat.
Grease a square or rectangular baking dish with ghee or line it with parchment paper.
